By employing the latest blanking technology, corrective leveling, camber adjustments, precision slitting and flotation stacking, we can satisfy even the most demanding specifications– especially those of the door, HVAC and appliance industries.
Our precision blanking line offers our customers:
- Consistent production of parts within .005" of specified length and width with digital dimensional and flatness measurement.
- Guarantee of 8 I Unit flatness.
- A 60" wide 5-Hi Herr-Voss precision leveler that corrects shape defects such as coil set, crossbow, wavy edges and center buckle without damaging delicate finishes such as pre-painted steel and aluminum.
- Automatic and manual camber controls that produce products that easily exceed most squareness tolerances.
- Elimination of out-of-square parts which prevents costly rework prior to fabrication.
- Slitter with digitally-positioned blades to ensure that parts are produced within .005" of specification.
- Capability to meet first-stage manufacturing requirements with services ranging from notching to precision side trimming and slitting.
- Flotation stacker in which parts glide on a cushion of air, preserving critical surfaces.
- Customized protective packaging.
